1 370 milliliter can
can evaporated milk, or cream, optional (1 2/3 cup )
1/2 cup
freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional (not really))
3 tbsp
fresh basil
2 tbsp
tomato paste
1 tsp
sugar
salt and pepper
NOTES
Dried basil works great. Make sure you blend really well or you get lumps of onion

I used 1 cup of skim milk instead of cream
Added a brick of cream cheese in place of the evap. Milk. Turned out good!
