These were delicious! Very easy to make. Great way to use up a leftover roast.
Simple and tasty. We used some of Chandler’s pinto beans and leftover roast meat and that made it really flavorful.
Reminds me of the baked taquitos I like at Los Hermanos.
Add more meat for our preference.
