of pickled jalapeno (diced, optional (adds a bit of heat. Could also use pre diced green chilies, or diced fresh jalapeno))

corn, drained

black beans, drained and rinsed

1 28 ounce can

diced tomatoes

1 cup

quinoa (cooked)
