milk (room temperature, (I used 1%—any fat percentage you enjoy drinking should work))

8 oz

milk chocolate ( finely chopped)

2 oz

dark chocolate (finely chopped)

Big pinch salt

Whipped cream and caramel sauce (to garnish (optional))
