For the Marinade

Zest and Juice Of 2 Lemons, about 1/4 Cup but only use fresh!

Lemon, halved and rubbed with olive oil on the flesh side.
For the Tzatziki Sauce

English cucumber, peeled slightly (peel, skip a section, peel, skip etc)
