I don't like rice cooked with chicken bouillon, so I omitted that ingredient. It was sooo good and will be our go to cilantro lime rice from now on! Rinse the rice thoroughly prior to cooking and add salt to taste after the rice is cooked.

Crowd pleaser for sure- some even said it was better than Cafe Rio. I chopped up the Green chiles and cilantro pretty fine and added more lime juice.
