INGREDIENTS

coconut oil

large eggs from happy hens
1/2 cup
non dairy milk ((I use unsweetened almond milk))
2 tbsp
plus 1 teaspoon arrowroot
2 tbsp
coconut flour
1 tsp
vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
salt
NOTES
mix everything in blender.. bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes in greased 8x8 pan
