chocolate chips/chunks

2 pints

pistachio gelato/ice cream (you probably won’t need ALL of this… but have some extra)

frosting

1/2 cup

unsalted butter, softened

8 oz

cream cheese, softened

2 1/2 cups

powdered sugar

2 tsp

vanilla extract

to 2 tablespoons milk, if needed

for topping

hot fudge

crushed pistachios (roasted/salted is fine – your preference)
