packet (1.12 ounces) fajita seasoning mix

chicken broth**
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Optional: fresh parsley, sour cream, cheddar cheese
Way good and really easy, especially if you buy pre-cut butternut squash. Pealing and cutting those things can be a pain. Also the recipe makes it a little spicy for my kids, so maybe adjust a little bit.
