skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
Kosher salt to taste
reduced-sodium chicken broth
reduced-sodium shoyu or soy sauce (or Tamari for GF)
canola or grapeseed oil, divided
asparagus, ends trimmed, cut into 2-inch pieces
garlic cloves, chopped
fresh lemon juice
fresh black pepper to taste
We just couldn’t get enough of the sauce. So good and easy!
I just did my own seasonings. I added sliced tomatoes and sautéed with lemon juice and pepper and fresh garlic then added pesto at the end. Delicious!
Very flavorful and so easy. My whole family loved it!
