lemon juice

oil (olive, coconut, avocado, etc)

apple cider vinegar (optional)

olive oil (optional)

Pitas or Naan bread or Flat Out pitas (I love the Flat Out pitas the best!)

Sliced carrots

Sliced onions

Sliced cucumbers

Lettuce

Feta or goat cheese (optional, use container to measure)

plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup

cucumber peeled seeded (and chopped)

1 clove
