old-fashioned or quick-cooking rolled oats (gluten-Free, if needed)

1/2 cup

chopped pecans

1 cup

dried cranberries, chopped (by hand or in food processor)

1/2 cup

unsweetened plain almond milk (I used almond breeze)

1/2 cup

multigrain hot cereal, use GF, if needed (I used Bobs Red Mill 10 Grain)

1 cup

natural, unsweetened almond butter

1/2 cup

pure maple syrup

1 tsp

ground cinnamon 

1/4 tsp

fine sea salt

1 tsp

pure vanilla extract
