cooked sweet or yellow onion ((about ½ a medium onion))

cooked carrots ((about 5-6 baby carrots or one large carrot))

cooked yellow pepper ((about 1/3 of a whole medium pepper))

4 cloves

garlic

1 1/2 cups

raw cashews ((see note, I use NOW Foods brand))

1/2 cup

unsweetened cashew milk

4 tsp

apple cider vinegar

3 tsp

sea salt ((see note))

1/8 tsp

ground mustard

3/4 cup

cornmeal

breadcrumbs ((gluten-free if needed))
