Korean BBQ Tacos

For the slaw:

2 cups

shredded green cabbage

1 cup

shredded purple cabbage

1/2 cup

shredded carrots

1 tbsp

lime juice

1 tbsp

olive oil

1/4 cup

thinly sliced green onions

salt and pepper

For the pickled cucumbers:

1 cup

very thinly sliced cucumbers (I use the small persian cucumbers)

2 tbsp

rice vinegar

1/2 tsp

sugar
