For the meatballs:

Extra Lean Ground chicken

1/2 cup

Mozzarella cheese (grated)

1/4 cup

Green onion (diced + additional for garnish)

+ 2 Tbsp Rolled (old fashioned oatmeal, gluten free if needed)
