Water (for a thicker smoothie use 1 1/2 C water)

Medjool Date (pitted at room temperature)

Ground Cinnamon + microplaned cinnamon stick for garnish

Fresh Ground Nutmeg + more for garnish

Turmeric (for color)

Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (fine grain)
