minced red onion, soaked in cold water for 5 minutes- then drained

minced flat-leaf parsley

diced vine-ripened tomatoes

1/3 cup

mayonnaise

sour cream

1 tbsp

cider vinegar

1/2 tsp

dry mustard

1/2 tsp

granulated white sugar
