For the Cheesecake Spread
1 8 ounce package
cream cheese, softened
1/2
powdered sugar
1 cup
heavy cream
1/2 tsp
vanilla
Fresh fruit for topping the cookies. I used Mandarin oranges, blueberries, raspberries, and kiwis, but use whatever you have on hand, or is in season.
