white sugar (or other sweetener)

rice milk (any type will work, we use rice milk)

egg (we use a combination of 1 Tablespoon water, 1 Tablespoon vinegar and 1 teaspoon baking powder)

butter (melted (or butter; we use a vegan substitute))
