yellow onion (, chopped)

green bell pepper (, chopped)

tomatoes (, diced (you can also use 1 can of diced tomatoes))

garlic (, minced)
4 cups
beef or chicken broth
salt and fresh pepper
2 cups
cooked long-grain white rice
Don’t add oil and make sure you drain fat from meat or soup is too greasy. More tomatoes was nice too.
