red pepper flakes

garlic, (finely minced or crushed)

grated fresh ginger

1/2 cup

soy sauce (or tamari or 3/4 cup coconut aminos and omit water)

1/4 cup

water

2 tbsp

cornstarch (or tapioca starch)

2 tbsp

honey

1/4 cup

rice vinegar

1/2 cup

reserved pineapple juice from a can of Dole Pineapple Tidbits in 100% Pineapple Juice

1 clove

garlic (finely minced or crushed)

2 tsp

grated fresh ginger

1/2 cup

drained Dole Pineapple Tidbits in 100% Pineapple Juice

Your choice of rice, (ramen noodles, cauliflower rice, or zoodles)

About 1 pounds broccoli or other vegetables, (steamed, or a 12-16 oz. package of frozen vegetables, cooked according to package directions)

thinly sliced scallions, (optional)
