Sausage Biscuit Skillet with Guinness Recipe

sausage, removed from casings (I used Irish O'Garlic - but use whatever type you like)

medium carrots, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick (cut in half lengthwise if the carrots are fat)

medium red potatoes, scrubbed and diced

onion, diced

garlic, minced

mushrooms, sliced

Guinness Extra Stout

1/2 cup

water

1 1/2 tbsp

all-purpose flour

1 tsp

Worcestershire sauce

salt and pepper
