These are just what I want in a snickerdoodle: slightly crispy on the outside, chewy in the middle--not at all crumbly or dry, and great flavor!

These were delicious! So fluffy and flavorful. I suggest them warm out of the oven with ice cream!

We love these cookies, especially when served warm with vanilla ice cream...YUM!!! 🍪 +🍦= 😋 If you like your snickerdoodles chewy then follow her directions closely. If you are more of a crispy snickerdoodle fan, skip chilling the dough and bake for an extra minute or two.
