pepitas (you could use sunflower kernels to)

flax seed Meal (and 3 tablespoons water, mimics and egg)

3/4 cup

bread crumbs

4 tbsp

tamari

1 tsp

ground ginger

1 1/2 tsp

smoked paprika

1/2 tsp

salt

1/4 tsp

pepper

2 tbsp

coconut oil (for frying the 'burgers')
