garlic, minced ot chopped fine

chickpeas, 1 can, drained and then patted dry

1 cup

pecans, diced small

1/2 cup

instant oats or rolled oats ground small

1 cup

mashed potatoes, not leftovers, cooked and mashed

2 tbsp

hoisin sauce

1 tbsp

tahini or almond butter
