Kosher salt and pepper

soy sauce

1/3 cup

packed brown sugar

1/4 cup

hoisin sauce

2 inch piece of ginger (sliced into 3 pieces)

1 tsp

minced garlic

2 tbsp

fresh lime juice

1 tsp

sesame oil

1 tbsp

sesame seeds

1/4 cup

sliced green onions

lime wedges for garnish

3 cups

steamed rice for serving (if desired)
