Half a Butternut Squash

1 cup

Chopped bacon

red or white onion (finely sliced (NOT chopped))

3 cloves

Garlic (minced)

Eggs (beaten)

fresh chopped Basil & Tarragon

Pepper

1 handful

grated parmesan or your favourite cheese

1

variety of chopped fresh herbs

Chopped chorizo (spiced sausage etc)

Chopped bell peppers

1 dash

tabasco

any of your favourite spices

*** Don' add any ingredients which are watery such as tomatoes. The hash browns won't set!
