Mint

Turn Off heat and garnish with mint

Pea pods

Oil olive

Soy sauce, low sodium

Pepper

Add pea pods - allow to cook for 4 minutes then flip the pods over - and cook
In a skillet -- best would be a grill pan --- add able 1 tablespoon of oil -- allow oil to get hot
Add about 2 teaspoons of soy sauce ( you can add a little more if you like) and pinch of pepper and salt
