Spicy Thai Basil Chicken Kebabs

Thai basil leaves

cracked pepper

chili/red pepper flakes

inch ginger (sliced)

garlic cloves

fish sauce

salt (or more to taste if desired)

palm sugar (or brown sugar)

3 tbsp

olive oil

lbs boneless chicken thighs cut into 1 inch pieces

wooden skewers soaked in water overnight

Oil to brush on (to make sure it doesn’t stick)

Black pepper and chopped Thai basil (to sprinkle on top)

Romaine lettuce to serve
