leftover steak (cut into strips, you want about 2 cups or so of meat ( or slice an uncooked steak thinly and cook in a small amount of oil before adding))

carrots (shredded (Not in the picture because I did not have any the day I made this and took a picture))

cooked rice (You want the rice cold, so use leftover rice or make it ahead and keep it in the fridge.)
