cream cheese (cut into 1" cubes)
1/3 cup
heavy cream
1/4 cup
butter

sugar
1/2 tsp
freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp
kosher salt (be careful not to over salt)
NOTES
10/10! Can also make in a pot just by simmering everything together for about 15 minutes. Topped with a little paprika.
