cremini mushrooms, (thinly sliced)

(prepared/leftover) rotisserie or grilled chicken, (shredded)

packed baby spinach

1/2 cup

Parmesan cheese

olive oil (or oil from the sundried tomatoes)

unsalted butter

1 tsp

minced garlic

3 tbsp

white flour

1 cup

chicken stock (or chicken broth; stock has more flavor)

1 cup

milk ((1%, 2%, or whole milk; 1% for the lightest version))

1/2 tsp

Italian seasoning
