black peppercorns (lightly toasted)

dried oregano

1 tsp

coconut sugar (or other sugar)

medium poblano pepper

tb chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

tb additional adobo sauce

1/2 cup

low-sodium vegetable broth (divided)

white or yellow onion (finely chopped)

garlic (minced)
