- ounces | 250 grams bacon (, trimmed of fat and cut into strips (I use shortcut bacon in Australia))

half and half ((or use reduced fat cream or evaporated milk)*)

cornstarch ((cornflour) mixed with 2 teaspoons of water)
Really yummy! Would double the sauce next time (not the bacon part) to be able to have it with pasta noodles.
