Shredded Four Cheese Mexican Blend

1 tbsp

chopped fresh chives

1 clove

garlic, minced

1 tsp

chili powder ((if you don't like spicy, use sweet red paprika))

1 tsp

onion powder

salt and fresh ground pepper,
