I did alter the recipe so I could make it in the crockpot with frozen chicken. I puréed the cream cheese with the beans and added them about an hour before serving.ccheese about an hour

Threw everything except cooked chicken in the instant pot for 5 min. Threw chicken in afterward and it worked great!
