old fashioned oats

1/4 cup

oat flour * (blend regular oats in a blender)

1/4 cup

rice krispie cereal

3/4 cup

mix-ins of choice (I used 1/4 cup slivered almonds 1/4 cup craisins, and 1/4 cup chocolate chips)
