garlic* (peeled and minced (or 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic))

salt ((to your tastes))
1/3 tsp
fresh chopped parsley
1 1/2 tbsp
grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 tbsp
parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
