Seedless green or red grapes (halved)

1/2 cup

toasted cashew nuts (or pine nuts)

1 cup

cherry tomatoes (halved)

1/4 cup

/ 60 ml olive oil

1/4 cup

/ 60 ml Balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp

Honey

Salt & Pepper to season

1 tsp

apple (cored and sliced with 2 of lemon juice to coat (prevents browning))
