vanilla extract

truvia (or sub another sweetener)
1 tbsp
freshly squeezed lime juice
(~1/3 cup) Small handful spinach
Optional: 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum (makes it thicker)
Optional garnish: 1 graham cracker, reduced-fat whipped topping
