Key Lime Pie Breakfast Smoothie

container (6 ounces) key lime pie yogurt (I used Yoplait lite)

1 cup

unsweetened almond milk (or sub another milk)

large banana (frozen)

(~1 cup) ripe mango (frozen)

1/2 tsp

vanilla extract

1 tsp

truvia (or sub another sweetener)

1 tbsp

freshly squeezed lime juice

(~1/3 cup) Small handful spinach

Optional: 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum (makes it thicker)

Optional garnish: 1 graham cracker, reduced-fat whipped topping
