Ground Beef

Strips of Bacon, chopped

1 can

Kidney Beans, drained

1 can

(15 ounces)  Pinto beans, drained

1 can

Black beans, drained

1 can

Fire Roasted diced tomatoes with juice

1 can

(6 oounce) Tomato paste

large Red onion, chopped

Red bell pepper, seeded and chopped

Jalapeño, seeded and minced *optional

2 cups

Beef stock

1 tbsp

Dried oregano

2 tsp

ground cumin

2 tsp

Kosher salt

1 tsp

ground black pepper

1 tsp

Smoked Paprika

2 tbsp

chili powder

1 tbsp

Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp

Minced garlic

For Garnish

Sour Cream

Cilantro

Cheese, shredded


NOTES

  • I’ve made this with or without bacon and honestly, you can’t taste it so what’s the point! Even without it, it’s the best damn Chili recipe out there and even better in an instant pot! Also, I just use a combo of whatever beans I have.
