Instant Irish oats (Steel Cut Oats)

5 1/2 tbsp

active dry yeast

sugar

1/4 cup

warm water (105 to 115 degrees F.)

1/4 cup

warm Buttermilk (105 to115 degrees F.(I used heavy cream with one Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar and let it sit until curdled))

1/3 cup

raw honey

3 tbsp

coconut oil (You'll need more for oiling the pans, work surface and bread raising bowl.)
