Zest from 1/2 orange

vanilla bean (split lengthwise)

semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate (about 1/3 cup chopped)

sea salt

brown sugar (more or less to taste)

Garnishes like whipped cream (marshmallows, cinnamon, or chocolate)
