Do not put ricotta in it
This was delicious!! My husband liked it better than lasagne. Which is great. Because now I don’t have to make lasagne. 😅 I cooked the noodles separate and then added them to the sauce. I’ve never had a ton of success with cooking noodles in a sauce and didn’t want to risk it.

This dish so easy and so delicious. I’ll definitely make it again. Will use a little less of the ricotta.
