• Pumpkin Pie Filling:
• 1 15 ounce can pumpkin puree
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• ½ teaspoon ginger
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup heavy cream plus 2 tablespoons
• 2 tablespoons dark cocoa powder
