unsalted chickpeas, drained and rinsed (I used PC's blue menu canned chickpeas )

1/3 cup

tahini (sesame paste)

1/4 cup

fresh lemon juice (approx. 2 lemons)

1 tsp

sea salt

2 tbsp

water

2 cloves

garlic

1 tsp

sweet chili sauce

paprika for garnish
