tomato sauce (make sure ingredients are low-FODMAP)

garlic-infused olive oil (can use regular as well)

1/2 cup

soy sauce (use Tamari if necessary)

1/2 cup

grainy dijon mustard (make sure ingredients are low-FODMAP)

BBQ spice rub, salt and pepper.
