bacon (raw or cooked)

chopped shitake mushrooms (or your favorite mushrooms)

fish sauce

chopped green onions/scallions

Cooking fat of choice One to fry the egg rolls and a couple tablespoons to sauté the eggroll filling. (I used pastured lard)

lime juice (use more if you like more sour taste)
