Creamy Chicken Enchiladas with white sauce

shredded Monterey Jack cheese (or mozzarella)

chicken broth

1 cup

sour cream

1 4 ounce can

diced green chiles

salt & pepper & Adobo seasoning (to taste)


NOTES

  • Add a little sauce into the chicken mixture
