chopped yellow onion

garlic cloves, crushed

fresh grated ginger

cooked brown rice

small sliced cucumber, skin on

2 tbsp

Gochujang, or more if desired*

1/2 tbsp

sesame seeds, plus more for topping

sliced scallions, white and green parts


NOTES

  • Added Korean BBQ sauce to add more flavor. Added shredded zucchini into meat
